Easy Meals
Most of the comments I get from Get Fit Challenge:2009 Participants is "how can I make a fast, healthy meal when I'm busy at night". Have no fear, your slowcooker is here. There is a great website http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Main-Dish/Slow-Cooker/Main.aspx that has a whole section devoted to slowcooker recipes and the website is Canadian! Check it out and let us know which recipes are favourites.
